PAYMENT
Payment options available:
- Online banking. Paying is very simple, just choose your bank and make the payment.
- Pay with your credit or debit card. You can also pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay.
- Gift vouchers. Enter the discount code in the discount code field at checkout. Use the full amount immediately, as remaining funds are non-refundable. If purchasing for a higher amount, pay the balance using one of the methods mentioned above.
SHIPPING
Once the goods are produced, they are shipped using the chosen method. If you’re interested in local pickup (Plunge, Dariaus ir Girėno g. 17), please email us first at meda@gardenmood.lt.

* Delivery time is approximate – it may take longer depending on the country and period. Also, check if the product is not in pre-sale (the description should indicate that delivery will be later).
RETURNS
If you want to return something, just email us at meda@gardenmood.lt. Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and unchanged, and in the same condition as you received it. To complete the return, we need a purchase receipt or other proof.
EXCHANGES
We offer a free exchange service only in Lithuania. All return and exchange shipping costs to other countries are covered by the customer. We are not responsible for lost items when sending them back to us, so we recommend keeping the postal receipt with the tracking number as proof that the shipment was sent. Damaged, stained, or altered returned items may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
First, contact us by email at meda@gardenmood.lt and specify the name of the item being returned, the order number, and the reason for the return.

REFUNDS
Once the shipment is received and inspected, the money will be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your credit card, minus any fees or import duties. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
