Payments, shipping and returns

PAYMENT

Payment is possible:

Electronic banking. It’s very easy to pay, you just need to choose your bank and make the payment.
Pay with your credit or debit card. You can also pay with “Google Pay” or “Apple Pay”.
Gift coupons. Enter the discount code in the discount code field at the checkout step. Use the full amount immediately as the remaining money is non-refundable. When buying for a larger amount, you pay the balance in one of the ways indicated above.

DELIVERY

After the goods are made, they are sent by the chosen method. If you are interested in local collection (in Plunge, Lithuania), first write us at meda@gardenmood.shop and we will coordinate.

Free shipping for orders over 250 € applies automatically at checkout.

*Delivery times are targets only – it may take longer depending on country to country and period. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For EU Customers:
All prices include VAT. There are no extra customs charges — the price you see at checkout is final.

For Customers Outside the EU (including US):
Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. For US orders, import tariffs and duties are not included in the order total. We strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

If a customer decides to return an order due to customs charges or taxes, shipping and return costs will be at the customer’s expense.

RETURNS

If you want to return something, just email us at meda@gardenmood.shop. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We offer a free exchange service just in Lithuania. All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer’s expense for other countries. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please contact us by mail first meda@gardenmood.shop and state the name of the item being returned, the order number and the reasons for the return.

REFUNDS

As soon the return have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued automatically within 10 working days to your credit card or original method of payment less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
