PAYMENT
Payment options available:
- Online banking. Paying is very simple, just choose your bank and make the payment.
- Pay with your credit or debit card. You can also pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay.
- Gift vouchers. Enter the discount code in the discount code field at checkout. Use the full amount immediately, as remaining funds are non-refundable. If purchasing for a higher amount, pay the balance using one of the methods mentioned above.

CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
When ordering to Germany, Lithuania, and other European countries, no additional customs or fees apply – the price shown in the cart is final.
When ordering to the USA and other countries worldwide, import taxes and customs duties are not included in the final price.
We highly recommend checking local customs regulations before placing your order.
If a customer refuses an order due to customs fees, all shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
You can return products within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at meda@gardenmood.lt – we will send you all the necessary instructions.
Important:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unchanged, and in their original condition – with tags and in the original packaging.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.
If the returned items are in order, the refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
EXCHANGE
We offer a free size or clothing exchange service only within Lithuania.
All return and exchange shipping costs to other countries (Germany, Europe, and worldwide) are covered by the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost when returned to us, so we recommend keeping the postal receipt with the tracking number as proof that the shipment was sent.
Damaged, soiled, or altered returned items may not be accepted.
First, contact us by email at meda@gardenmood.lt and specify the name of the item being returned, the order number, and the reason for the return.
