*Delivery time depends on the country and period (longer during Christmas). If the product is on pre-order, its delivery time will be indicated next to the product. Items with personalized embroidery will take an additional 3-5 business days.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL FEES

When ordering to Germany, Lithuania and other European countries, there are no additional customs duties or fees – the price indicated in the cart is final.

When ordering to the USA and other countries worldwide, import taxes and customs duties are not included in the final price.

We highly recommend checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

If the customer refuses the order due to customs duties, all delivery and return costs are borne by the customer.

 

RETURNS

You can return products within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email: meda@gardenmood.lt – we will send you all the necessary instructions.

Important:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition – with tags and in original packaging.

• Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

• If everything is in order with the returned goods, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return.

EXCHANGES

We offer a free size or garment exchange service only in Lithuania.

All return and exchange shipping costs to other countries (Germany, Europe and worldwide) are covered by the customer.

We do not take responsibility for lost items when sending them back to us, so we recommend keeping the postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the parcel was sent.

Damaged, soiled or altered returned items may not be accepted.

First, contact us by email meda@gardenmood.lt and provide the name of the item to be returned, the order number and the reasons for the return.
